They will charge service fees for unknown items and their staff is useless. The teller was extremely friendly (which is the only star on the rating) but I had a problem with fraud on my account. When I spoke to the account manager, Kimberly, she spoke to me as though I was a child and I am 26. Then she said there was a fee to view MY account because it is a research request!! I called another location and the man there looked up the information for free so she was obviously lieing. She was rude and not helpful in any way. I WILL NEVER BANK WITH PNC- EVER!! Go to CEFCU!
