When you call they just tell you the person you need to talk to is not here today. It takes them months to process claims.

I've called several times checking on a reimbursement and I always just get the run around. It's been 4 months now that I've been waiting on $800.

This is the absolute worst insurance I have ever had in my life! I only have it because it is all my school district will use.
