Aspen Dental has been a really good experience for me. Had all upper teeth extraction and full upper denture. Not one problem. I was concerned about all the work that I needed done, but Dr. I F Hamati, DDS PC and all the staff including Maria have been just great at explaining everything and helping me along. I still have several more visits to do but do not have anything but good to say.

I went and was told, and priced for 11 fillings which seemed way off to me. They had also thrown in extra charges for things that were NOT needed, that raised red flags to me. I went to a better dentist for a second opinion, got another exam, and was told I needed only THREE. So does this place just lie in order to gain more money? I wasn't happy with the dentist herself as well. She was rude, and barely said two words to me. She couldn't even "bother" coming into the back waiting room to answer one of my concerns I had. She instead had the office manager come in. This place is unprofessional, and clearly money hungry. For a dentist to perform a full exam without muttering a word to you is a bit odd. Do not recommend this place to anyone! Went twice and will never be back. Much better places in the area, that's for sure!

Alright, so I've been to this dentist about 4 or 5 times and to start off they try to get me on this treatment plan that would cost me $1500 with insurance. I asked if there were any other options and turns out there were parts of the treatment that insurance didn't cover like cancer screening that I did not have to get. They did not tell me any of that information when I asked if I had any other options. Then a few months later I had to get some fillings. About 2 weeks after the fillings I go in because I was having pain where the fillings were and they tell me that X-rays showed the fillings were good and it just might take awhile for the pain to go away. They also said if I continue to have pain I may have nerve damage and that would require a root canal. I went to visit family in Arkansas a week later and went to an aspen there to get a second opinion since I was still having pain. They took X-rays and turns out the fillings were not properly done and they showed me on the X-ray where the fillings were not even finished!! Not only did they not do their job correctly but when I go back in complaining of pain they tell me it will just take time. I would not recommend coming to this dentist unless you are okay with letting them tell you what they are going to do even if it is not in your best interest finanically. I have never had an experience like this with any other dentistry. Given that it is a corporate company I should not have had good expectations.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. Very speedy as well. I had an extraction and it didn't go very smoothly. By the time she got it out it was closing time so I didn't get a lot of post op care advice...But I understand that. Overall, I was very happy and surprised at how caring everyone was. I will go back

The absolutely BEST dentistry care I've EVER had in my life! I can not say enough positive things about how they treated me and how calm they kept me through numerous dental procedures! I will never hesitate to use them again. And will definitely give AWESOME referrals for them! Thank you so very much for all you've done!!!
