Amazing people, educated, caring and very nice. We could not do anything in our trip without them with sudden problems happening for our dog. Price was very good and they were available for us even in the midnight and cared about our problem for free.

Not a happy camper. Today I brought in my kitten for followup visit. First visit over $300. Today $92. Asked if the cat was up to date to get neutered on Tuesday. I was promised he was up to date. I called the Pet Alliance just to make sure and read the services provided by Kirkpatrick to the Pet Alliance. What is missing I was told is the rabies shot that is required before neutering. But no worries, the Pet Alliance will give that shot the morning of the procedure. Glad I double checked. Also Kirkpatrick keeps bringing your pet back to charge the $58 office visit. So now the cat is due for a booster in 3 weeks. $58 plus treatment cost. I spent more on this feral stray cat (that adopted me) than I ever spent on any animal or human in my life the first 6 months of life. The staff is friendly. This includes the vet. But the devil is in the details. I am a former consumer as of right now.

Juan, Fernando, Stephanie are fantastic, compassionate vets. Prices are reasonable as well. Have taken 12 pets there over the past 15 years.

I'm a firm believer you hire people who represent your company and this is not an ok way of representing this company. This lady is such a disgrace and honestly I will tell everyone I personally know not to ever go here as long as she is employed there. She was found talking about peoples weight and someone's dead baby. I can't believe she works with animals and people acting this way.

Our dog, Taye, has had a few vets but when we found Dr. Patino and his team, we knew we'd found his forever vet. We've been going to Kirkpatrick for the past 7 or 8 years and have always found them to be like extended family. They take care of Taye so well, whether they're giving him a nail trim, doing dental work or tending to anything that ails Taye. They are extremely supportive and transparent, talking through any home care or questions we may have. I have recommended Dr. Patino to many of my friends and extend that recommendation to anyone! I just can't say enough. So thankful to have found them.
