Is a really nice place to take your pet to.
I’ve been taking my dog since he was a baby there and the staff is so friendly and helpful.
My dog got sick once and they made sure he got what he needed !
100% amazing! If you’re looking for the right place and the right staff this is the place !

This a wonderful place for our dogs. They are very knowledgeable, as well as very caring towards our dogs and us. Dr. Al has saved both of ours dogs when others have said nothing else to offer. The staff is kind and caring as well. Thank you Animal hospital at Baldwin Park!!

The staff at Animal Hospital at Baldwin Park is superb. I took my chihuahua Bella to them for an emergent situation (broken leg) and they took us in right away. Dr. O'Malley kept me posted and explained everything as they went along during her visit. She & Harley were very responsive with returning my calls and answering my questions after the visit as well...helping me coordinate her care and providing information about all my treatment options. I will definitely be visiting them again for the care of all of my fur babies.

We found a kitten who was visually ill and very weak. We were able to schedule an appointment the same day. Once we arrived, some observations seemed off; the doctor leaving was asking the receptionist which hospital he was working the following day with a full waiting room listening. When we entered a room to meet with a doctor for our sick kitten, the technicians asked us a few general questions. We expressed interest in knowing the prices before continuing with any treatment; to which we were quoted a price that fit our budget. The doctor told us a technician would show us how to trim our kitten’s nails and our kitten was returned with trimmed nails and no instruction. We asked the doctor several times for an estimate on vaccines for a followup visit. We were promised this request as the doctor appointed two technicians in the room to the task.
On our way to the payment, we were given a final price that was higher than the original price quoted from the doctor herself. The receptionist brought back a technician that had helped us (but was not in the room when the price discussion was taking place with our doctor). She reviewed the receipt reassuring that everything on there was what we asked for. Everything on paper was correct except the price originally calculated by our doctor. We told her to follow us back to our room to look at the calculator on the computer which the doctor used. No one followed us and when we returned to the desk, the technician was gone and the receptionist was trying to figure out how to handle frustrated first timers. The doctor never came out to handle this problem. The receptionist went to the back to speak to her and returned with the permission to honor the price we originally were told.
On our drive home, we realized we never received the paper work with quotes on the vaccines that we asked for numerous times for our next visit. I called the office and the receptionist said she would email us promptly (after we had to correct the email spelling over the phone). Days pass and we never received any email with information on our next visit for vaccines. However, this morning, I received an email for $10 off any +$75 order on their online shop!! Too bad I won’t be shopping on their online store or returning for a second visit after this terrible experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Beth and Dr. Al for 9 years and they are great. If you don't understand something they will explain it so you can. Paula what a great tech. she is always ready to help you and your pet no matter what.
The whole staff is wonderful and polite. I could not of found a better place to take my two dog.
