The place and staff are amazing!! I rarely get facials due to my skin being so sensitive but Taylor knew exactly what she was doing and their products are amazing. Definitely going back, thank you Taylor :)

I don't often get facials, I am pretty picky about the services and am sensitive to cheap products. I was very impressed with Mosaic's express facial! I was given a gift certificate so I figured I'd try it out. I can honestly say I even liked it better than my experience at the Waldorf Astoria! They used products that didn't irritate my skin and left me feeling refreshed, the environment was modern but not cold - it was very hip and welcoming and comfortable. The best part was by far the staff. Everyone from Natalia at the front desk to Taylor who did my facial were excellent. I truly felt like they cared about me and I wasn't just another client on the schedule. I will be returning for many more facials and other services here and highly recommend it. (I even bought my sister a gift certificate!)

I was looking for a local place (read: not chain) to get a massage. I read the reviews for Refresh@Mosaic and decided to book. First, the name speaks for itself. I was greeted by their friendly staff and set up for my massage ASAP. Corey, my masseuse, was professional and awesome. He checked in to make sure my experience was tailored to what I was looking for. He used different techniques I've not had before and was very explanatory, which I appreciate. By the end, I was ready to add on another hour. They also offer facials, mani/pedis, make up applications among other things that are listed on their website. Can't wait to try their other services! Would HIGHLY recommend booking with them!

I went for a facial. What a Great experience. Ashley, the esthetitian, was already waiting for me. She explained in detail what she was doing, and boy! Am I refreshed.

Corey is amazing for TRUE Deep Tissue work and therapeutic massage. This is not your Aunt Thelma's relaxing rub down, if you are looking for serious soft tissue work for serious athletes, Corey is your guy. Also great multi-visit discount rates. Worth every penny. A+++++
