This place use to be amazing but has steadily gone down hill. The food is good but service is very very slow and there is a constant humming sound in the restaurant.

Do NOT come here on your lunch break. You've been warned. I have very limited time on my lunch break so time is everything to me. It took them 10 minutes to even notice that I was there. Then, it took them 40 minutes to get my food to my table. I tell her that I want it to-go because I've been waiting for 40 minutes just for my food. I don't even have time to eat it. I ask for the white sauce dispenser but it's not dispensing for some odd reason. The weight of the container suggests that it's full. I don't know why it's not dispensing any white sauce. When I get to the register to pay, I kindly asked her for white sauce to-go and she charges me for each container AFTER I handed my card. Why did she fail to tell me that she was going to charge me for each sauce cup? And when I finally eat it...it's cold, it's bland and the calamari tasted...off. And FYI, this place has been closed by the Florida Food Safety division, not once but TWICE...I don't believe in giving this restaurant another chance. I am not willing to bet my health and time on this restaurant.

Had an awful time at a place that I usually enjoy. The appetizer tasted strange, like the meat was going bad. After finally flagging down our waiter to return the item,she said she would have to call the manager because we had eaten all of it already. Mind you, it's 5 shrimp to share between 2. I ate one, my friend ate one and I took a small bite out of a second one on the off chance it wasn't the whole batch. The manager came over and gave us a very hard time about it. I expressed to her that I would be fine to just have something else instead of a refund and that I wasn't at all trying to take advantage of them. She didn't want to hear it. She did say that she'd take care of it this time. After this, our waiter dropped off our main course and never came to the table again. We sat and talked for a long time while other guests received follow up service, ordered other things, etc. We sat with our empty plates and the bad appetizer still sitting on the table. No check, no nothing. Our waiter had to walk by our table every time she went to pick up and deliver food. Not even a glance. Finally I decided we should just go to the front register and pay since the service was clearly over. Our bill included the appetizer minus 10%...... That was her "taking care of it" nothing else, no "hey sorry you got spoiled meat" or even a smile. I was upset...I come here every time I'm in town and I'm always first to suggest it for catch-up dinners with friends. I'm always polite with everyone, never demanding, exceptional tipping. I would never have imagined I would leave here feeling cheated, ignored, and unwelcomed.

Do not eat there they have Roaches! I use to go to this place all the time and eat their hibachi dinner plates and sushi. The last time I was there me and my daughter was eating there at the restaurant and there was a roach crawling up the wall; also my cousin who is a health inspector told me they have gotten complaints about the roaches as well. I said that funny because that was exactly what we saw crawling up the wall. I don't do roaches!!!

This place serves great food! Perfectly cooked and flavored. The sushi was very fresh and beautifully presented. Our server was great! Sake was delicious. Will be returning.
