Went there for dinner Friday Night. It happened to also be Valentines Day, and they had a fixed menu. The menu was limited, at best, and not too appealing to me. They were also offering 2 wines with the fixed menu. We asked if we could order other wine or any items from the menu and were told "NO" very firmly. I think they were expecting a big crowd, and I understand having a fixed menu on special occasions when you are expecting to be slammed or whatever, but the restaurant was half-full (at best) and there was absolutely no reason they could not have rung up another (more expensive) bottle of wine form the bar or another food choice. We were there, seated and ready to pay. Poor customer service and virtually NO attention to detail or the customer. We got up and left -- a real turn off!

Visited at lunch during the week. Service was slow and food was mediocre. Most likely will not visit again or recommend it.

Worst service ever. I've been to the restaurant twice and both times I felt as though they did not want my business. The first time, we walked to Urban flats to get food. Today, we went to Urban Flats again, but this time I'm letting know everyone why. Plus they only validate parking for two hours, but post free parking signs. Never again.

I only gave it 1 star because it was required in order to write a review. I went to the night club/lounge they have on saturday night (latin night)...... Worst time ever. The music was not good, the people were so rude, not the staff but the crowd that showed up that night. I think that the nastiest most disrespectful men and women all go there. I was constantly getting pushed around with no ”excuse me” and when I did get an ”excuse me” I felt violated (cringe). No room to dance.....only one way in and out to the actual terrace, which was a continuous crowded line.I felt like I was waiting to go into a disney ride. Horrible, horrible experience! I will stick to my two favorite latin clubs which I will not name because I don't want any of the terrace 390 people to come and ruin them..... that crowd sucked. This night turned me off so much I will not try another night, even if it is a different crowd!!
