Love the pizza there the taste is great the food looks very presentable the staff is very friendly and I will come back and eat there again

This place is horrible. They dont know how to read instructions. They dont know how to cook pizza. The only part thoroughly cooked on my pizza was the toppings. The guy acted completely clueless when I told him where he was suppose to deliver the pizza. I would give zero stars if I could.

Made my order wrong and got an attitude when I called to sort it out. Manager admitted to making the mistake and asked for the pizza back that they messed up like I was trying to scan them. I'm pretty sure serve safe has something against taking food bank and Pizza hut hopefully has a policy against mouthy, arrogant, customer blaming managers. Just moved here and never again will I call this place. It sucks to because pizza guy was the only place I ordered from before I moved here. And then everything they said they'd give us to compensate for the issue didn't show up. Just a sloppy badly made version of what is ordered in the first place. I mean why tell me you're going to send it if you're not going to. I didn't even ask for it.

Best Pizza Hut in Orlando hands down. Kayla was very nice and made sure my pizza was correct right in front of me. All those bad reviews are probably some high maintenance mofos who think their pizza should be done as soon as they order it. Ordered from here many many times and not once have I had a complaint😁😁😁😁

I now know why this place has such a low rating. I ordered online and they screwed up the order. I had to pay $5 to get the "correct" replacement pizza delivered. And guess what? The replacement pizza was still wrong. The worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from! Just order from the one on university blvd if you can.
