The person who took my call was very rude and tried to get out of taking my order. I live right down the road and she kept telling me they don't deliver that far. I felt so insulted by how smug they were about it i hung up mid call. I will never order from here as long as they employ half hearted lazy staff.

Food never arrived the first time I ordered. Called them and they said it was a mix up and it'd be another 1.75hrs until I'd get my food. Gave them another chance today. It's been 2 hrs 15 mins and counting. I'm thinking of reporting this business. Terrible customer service.

China Plate (formerly Hometown) is the worst Chinese restaurant in Orlando. We ordered from there after they plastered our neighborhood with menus. The food was greasy, smelled strange - even the rice. we ordered soup and I couldn't even drink it as the water had a distinct alkaline smell. Honestly I ended up tossing most of it out. We'll never order from their again.
Because they changed their name, we couldn't find any information on them and figured they were new to the area. I submitted a change to Google so that no one else will get fooled.

Great place. Excellent service. Amazing food. Specially the sizzling rice soup. And kangaroo chicken. And my favorite garlic green beans.
