This happened about one year ago but I forgot to write a review. It was the worst branch ever !!! The woman mgr then has no respect for customers. She is rude and nasty. Does not like Americans I am sorry to say.
Tried to contact her boss and she refused to give name or phone number. Maybe he or she will read this and get a new mgr.

The phone system is the worst. You get transferred from department to department, and no one seems to be able to help. And that's when you're lucky enough to actually get ahold of a person. Wells Fargo is not the place I'd turn if I needed a bank.
