Zero consideration for anyone's time. There is no reason to come at 8:00AM and still not be seen as of 10:30AM.

Incompetent and inconsiderate of your time. We waited an additional 2.5 hrs because they "misplaced" the referral and need another copy. Yet they called twice to confirm appointment and confirm insurance info, never stated there was any issue. Asked to proceed with appointment to stay on time and while they get additional paperwork but they refused. Also their parking lot has limited spaces and is very busy, so come early. Or better yet, make an appointment somewhere else that values your time and doesn't lose your paperwork.

I'm currently, in the waiting room. came in at 8:05AM it now 11:15a.m. just call twice to sign paperwork and for a place that priorities in colonoscopy their chairs are small and uncomfortable. But they'll smile at you as wait hungry in their in there lobby. two day not eating for this.

This is a really good surgical center I would recommend this to anyone. I honestly don't think it deserves any of the bad reviews I see on here. The staff is so friendly, they are prompt, and very knowledgable. They took very good care of me during my procedure. They called me after the procedure to check on me and they gave me a thank you card after I was done with my them! Great center

When your loved one goes back, make sure you have the car keys. It's going to be a long wait. And there are no vending machines, limited seating, and uncomfortable chairs. But it's within walking distance of a few different places. The staff is very nice. But make sure to get the car keys or walk around to prevent leg and back issues!
