I came in with my infant son on a Saturday. The wait time was reasonable and the staff was very kind. I truly appreciate that from them.
However, after explaining my son's symptoms to the "doctor" and including the length of his symptoms and previous medication for his issue, I was told that "he'll be okay with rest". During the exam, they told me that his ears were fine and that he will be okay within the next day. I took him to a REAL doctor this morning, the Doctor at the Center for Family Medicine informed me that my son had a VIRAL INFECTION that had gotten worse and cause an EAR INFECTION. All things that COULD have been fixed, rectified or limited if Care Spot actually cared about their patients or took the time to actually check on their patients instead of trying to hurry them out of the door so that they can charge them.
Needless to say, CareSpot is not a place I would trust with my, or my family's, life any further. I cannot believe how little they did for my infant son which caused his illness to get worse.

Great staff and very friendly. I didn't wait long to be seen and doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. If you have any medical issues come here.

I had an appointment here for a worker's comp. appointment & wasn't sure what to expect. I had a smooth appointment, paperwork went quickly. Everyone at the check in desk was amazing, Tina was so personable & helpful. The MA's who took me to exam room were all so caring & expressed sympathy for my injuries (I did look a fright with a big knot on my head & black & blue bruising from my hairline down to my cheekbone!) I've been seen by Nurse Practitioner Jennifer, who did initial workup that was more complete than any physical exam I've had; also gave me information I needed in a professional & caring manner; also seen by Dr. Lopez, who gave me information I needed & hope for better days ahead; he was thorough in his questions & information given me.I can't remember all their names but I have nothing but praise for this team of caring personnel !

Was feeling awful, made an apt. on line. When I got there I had to fill out paper work, but was then quickly taken back to a room by a very nice nurse. The wait on the Dr. wasn't very long either. Had a very good experience!! I'm from out of town, (Missouri) & it was nice to find friendly & fast medical care!! Thanks a lot!!!
