Both times I went to see Dr Rabaja I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room before even being called back to wait longer for him. I work full-time and made these appointments during my lunch breaks. Never once did anyone apologize for these long waits and acted like it was completely normal to spend a few hours at a dr's office when he was literally in the room with me both times for 5 minutes or less. There has to be better customer service somewhere?

Dr. Rabaja is excellent. My tonsils were swollen beyond belief to the point they were restricting my airway when I slept.
Dr. Rabaja set up surgery in a very timely manner and took care of me. In less than two weeks I was back at work.
Immediately after surgery I was sleeping like a champ with no problems.

This office is extremely busy and possibly overscheduled. I have never been seen at my appointment time, or less than 45 minutes after my scheduled time. Everyone I have encountered here is pleasant.

Place is REALLY REALLY SUCKS would use other words but ¡¡¡¡!!!! SO SLOW, NOT FRIENDLY AND SMELLS BAD I THINK AN ER IS BETTER OH YEAH MY 2ND TIME HERE NOT BY CHOICE 👎👎👎👎
