I have been seeing Dr. Mark Sperling for 3 years now and am very happy I found this practice! The office is very clean and the individual rooms are comfortable (they even have tv's usually playing something cute with puppies/kittens, which I appreciate and makes me less nervous to be getting dental work done. The staff is very friendly and I am usually seen pretty close to my appointment time. The only negative thing I have to say is that on multiple occasions I have asked for a quote for an upcoming dental procedure and they said they'd get it to me by the end of the day and they never do, I always have to call multiple times to get the info I am requesting.

I came to this place to get an honest opinion. Being in business myself practically all my adult life I am very aware of how difficult it is to stay in business. You MUST be honest, professional, pleasant, customer minded and not self-minded, and competitive, and on and on. It's tough.
Now , my story.
Previous to this I was told by a different Dental office that at my age of 68 I had the need for "deep" cleaning at the rate of $134.00 per visit, every 3 months, out of pocket, as my insurance only paid for regular cleaning.
That office was not aware (nor Sperling) that I received a gift from my sister , 3 implants at another facility within the past 2 years and was told that I had, "one of the healthiest mouths they have seen."
After I left the first diagnosis and was told I had an "unhealthy mouth", I decided to get a second opinion.
Sperling was that choice. They did a thorough exam and cleaned my teeth "regular".
Today, a year and a half later, (and $134 x 6) richer, I am still getting an honest opinion.
This is the place for me and I am very happy to join the thousands of families that have supported this place all these years.

Extremely clean practice . Very professional and courteous staff. The son is very knowledgeable and professional and explains things in detail in a way you can understand.

BE A SMART CONSUMER!! This dentist blatantly ignored my insurance benefits and attempted to charge me the difference between their regular fee and the maximum allowable fee per the insurance contract, WHICH IS ILLEGAL! They even admitted to this being illegal!! Unbelievable! After attempting to offer me 10% discount on their regular fee (still $450 more than the maximum allowable fee) I decided I will be searching for a new dentist. Please review your paperwork and estimates thoroughly before doing business with this practice!!
They also sent my girlfriend a bill for her cleaning which is free per her insurance. They are preying on uneducated consumers in an attempt to maximize profits!
BE SMART! Be careful when dealing with this practice. Always consult with your insurance company! File a grievance promptly if you feel you have been overcharged!
