Is very profecionar he tell you what you need work in.only the place is open room no privacy.

very professional and easy to talk to. the important thing is he has the hands of an angel.office is clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. i finally found a great dentist and recommend him to everyone. All the negative review's these people are writing must be because they have no life and are negative about everything.

The office where the patient chairs are is one big room with no devision. You can all see each other and watch each other get treated, it's super awkward. Before I was ever seen, I watched and heard every word of the dr. discussing another patients treatment plan, And I was looking right at his X-rays. not only that, the dr made the patient kneel on the ground to listen to him. And then he comes to me, and everything out of his mouth sounded so cheesy and forced, like I was the exact same thing he tells every patient. He showed me a mold of a mouth he clearly shows every patient, to show me what is "specifically" wrong with me, than pics of 3 lamenated magazine articles that he briefly waves in front of me to show me something he again shows everyone. He felt extremely untrustworthy. I went in to get two specific things done, and I have the same insurance as my husband, and even though he had these specific things done without a charge, dr. baez wanted to charge me $87 just to do a test so that they could send away to the insurance for preauthorization, befor they ever do anything. And that's besides the fact that as soon as I walked into the office, I was extremely uncomfortable and concerned. The place was old and dirty and clearly not cared for. In March, they still had Christmas lights up, and Valentine's decorations on the Windows. The doors dividing the rooms are saloon doors!! The paperwork has typos and some of it's even printed completely crooked, and they don't seem to care as they highlight everything you need to sign on a crooked page. They had Christian music playing loudly in the office and they all spoke Spanish to each other, even when discussing you. Extremely unprofessional. The dentist answered a cell phone call in the middle of my consultation, and spoke on the phone while sitting next to me! I walked out feeling extremely frustrated, and I certainly won't be going back.

The place is old but we don't really care about that.. Price is fair and lower than other places in town. Dr Baez and his assistances are very professional. Until now our a very nice.. The staff at the front desk is very kind and helpful and try to solve every problem for us. I recommend Dr Baez. Why do you want to pay more? Just for new chairs and 55' TV? ok go and get it. I need a good dentist for the best price as possible I'm not paying for decoration and expensive place....
