I will accept giving this place 1 star just because they worked in a timely manner.
Edit: They don't even call to confirm the appointment, & when you walk in there's like 10 different people on computers behind the desk, so naturally you go to the one right in front of you that says "check-in" once I signed the paper the girl proceeds to ask what time is the appointment so I told her, but then I thought, shouldn't you ask for the name? She then asks is it for the little one? I said yes? And, she said oh well it's probably with the pediatric dentist, I said " okay," and then she said that's over there at the end with the lady that has the glasses. How should I know where I am supposed to go??? It's my first time. There is no reason to be rude or act like there's signs stating what desk is what (THERE ARE NO SIGNS)
First thing that threw me off was being able to see the patient & co. next to us. I realize that dentist offices are usually pretty open, but all the other Dentist I've been to at least had a wall to where you couldn't see the people next to you-- Okay they have a semi wall but just not enough privacy for me. Now the appointment was for my child who is 4, almost 5 years old. I scheduled it for a cleaning, so I thought, but they did not do a cleaning they just looked at his teeth which I thought was odd, and then proceeded to inform me that he had cavities but because he's so small it had to be done through sedation and they didn't do that there so we would get a referral, if that wasn't upsetting enough, instead of the Dentist himself explaining the process, he stated the assistant would tell me about it; even as I expressed my concern, he just said it's usually through IV at the hospital and he doesn't do that and his assistant would "tell me about it." He was very polite about the whole thing and explained that candy isn't the only cause of cavities that cookies and crackers are too. But, after the fact, I thought it rude that the Dentist couldn't take 5 minutes to explain to me why my son had to be put under sedation and why IV at the hospital. And lastly, the referral they gave me was not a referral to anyone specific it just stated Pediatric Dentist with Sedation. Yes, I have worked at Doctor's offices before and know that they don't always have a place to refer you to, but it's comforting to have them explain why they don't - is it an insurance issue, is it because they don't come across this issue often (which I doubt as they are a Pediatric Dentist). Working at Doctor's offices I have also learned that if you want to keep a patient you need to tend to their needs and concerns, and make them feel at peace, at this office I felt like just another number. Will definitely not be returning.

Had an appointment today for my toddler to find out that it was canceled since the pedatric dentist had an emergency they said they left voicemails for people i looked on my voicemail to find out there was no voicemail. Then they tell me the dentist wont be back till january. Sounds to me like they need a new pediatric dentist that is way to long for a dentist to be away. If i could put 0 stars for the unproffesionalism i would and i never even write reviews.

All of these offices suck. You wait hours even with having an appointment, the people who work here are clueless as to what’s going on, no professionalism, no common courtesy etc. The work that the Dentist did on my son’s teeth did not last so we had to come right back to correct it, but “right back” was 3 weeks later because the Dentist was on a vacation, and they wouldn’t let another Dentist correct it. I could go on and on, but in conclusion, don’t even waste your time coming here. They have bad reviews for a reason.

Office staff is completely incompetent. It's just crazy they run a business like this. Appointments are made incorrectly, if they answer the phone in the first place. Just awful service.
