The food here is fantastic, but the customer service is better. My family and I️ have been flying back and forth to Omaha because my brother was recently diagnosed with cancer. I️ picked up food during his chemo and they forgot my burger. Jim drove over to the hospital with the burger and a $10 gift card. Told my mom this story and she said last week she went to get my brother a milkshake, and after she saw the size of it asked for an additional one (my brother apparently can handle a ton of ice cream). They gave this to her on the house. Whoever is running this place knows what they are doing. I️ have never been this impressed by a restaurant before. Keep doing what you’re doing and thank you for making a difficult time for my family a bit better.

If you love loose meat sandwiches then you will love the B&G. Cool retro vibe, the B&G has been around since the 1950's. An iconic Omaha restaurant.

Diner atmosphere is nice.. Service slow personality of staff dryer then my food..

Wonderful lunch. Sandwiches were tasty. Frenchy was a little dry. Bu loved the atmosphere, people, and food.

I had a fantastic experience at B&G. I was a little skeptical when we pulled up to a strip mall but once inside everything changed.
I pulled up a stool at the counter (according to their website the stools are from an old lunch counter dating to the 1920's) and decided what to order. I had a hamburger with everything My girlfriend had a loose meat sandwich with mustard and pickle and we shared a bowl of chili. It was delicious. I'm a sucker for an old school diner hamburger and this really lived up to my expectations. We even got a couple of t-shirts.
Next time I'm in Omaha I'll be back. The Banana-Nutella Frenchee is calling my name.
