Got a small instead of a medium, and it was a weird hazelnut Carmel flavor instead of mint hot chocolate. Upon telling them I think they got the flavor mixed up they assured me it was mint hot chocolate.
This Dunkin was good when it opened years ago, but now it's not worth going to. Find a different Dunkin or go to Krispy next door.

I came in to get some of the new almond joy hot chocolate and I work at a dunkin on maple so I know all you have to do is push a button on the machine to fill the cup. It took more than 5 minutes to get the order to the window and I could understand if it was busy but I was the only car in the drive thru. I tasted the hot chocolate and I realized it was a lot hotter than usual. It blistered my lip. I came back through because it tasted watered down and it tasted like hot water was just mixed in by hand with little coco powder. I looked in the window when I came back around and this girl was putting the powder into on of the silver latte cups and put water from the counter hose nossle in and put it in the latte machine and used a spoon to make it herself. This concerns me knowing that all she had to do was press a button on the machine. I threw the drunk out, very let down
