Very helpful well spoken. A little over priced. But it's a pet store . People have a tendency to spend more at a store they trust. Overall great experience.

The Dr seemed very friendly! As well as the nurse! The nurse was super helpful with tips for a puppy! A good bag was a nice surprise also. So far I enjoyed the service!

Great selection, but wickedly overpriced. Product I was looking for is available on multiple sites/locations for $14.99, but PetSmart was selling in store for a shocking $36!!! Are they crazy? For 3 tablets of dewormer? NOT impressed!

I truly wish I could give this store no stars at all! We brought our two 3 month old Chihuahuas here yesterday for their shots and after picking them up my babies won't stop crying and are scared of anybody going near them. My little girl cries like she's being hurt every time you pick her up and is acting like shes traumatized. Their usual vet, mountain view veterinary, is always so happy to see them and after leaving our puppies there to be cared for they are fine when we pick them up, they dont act scared at all when they go back. Please don't bring your animals to this location, it hurts to see our puppies scared of us after trusting this pet smart to care for them.

I just want to say that everyone is so helpful at this store but especially Samantha! Every time I checked out she has been super friendly and so nice and always gives me a laugh. This location really has a top notch employee and should keep a good hold on her :)
