I was pleased at first they were kind to me and my pet, but while in the session of being seen, they said they gave my pet x-rays and never showed them to me. Then when they took my rabbit out of the room the doctor gave my rabbit a shot without my permission prescribed medicine and it died the next morning.

I have been very happy with the new staff at Chambers Prairie. They seem to really care and are willing to talk to you about your concerns. The Vet took the time to discover what was wrong with my dog. Something the past vets didn't want to do. She is very professional and focused on taking care of the animals that she sees. She gives you suggestions about treatments and is willing to walk you through the best course of action for your pet. Definitely trust everyone on staff with the well being on my 2 dogs

We have visited several veterinary clinics in the Olympia area looking for a new vet for our kids. I have been very disappointed at the ones we visited in that our kids were treated as pets instead of our kids. I found a flyer for Chambers Prairie at Mud Bay pet store and took our little man to see them. They were awesome. He was not nervous being there and they treated him with love, caring, and kindness, and they were very friendly toward me as well. Very good service!
