22 years ago I started going to Bill. He has always made sure my hair was on point! I lived for the past 10 years in Seattle and surrounding area, and have not been able to find one stylist that could do both cut and color with such expertise. When I moved back to the south sound area, I was so glad to know that my hair would be back at 100%.

People were nice and friendly but when all was said and done, my hair was not what I wanted, at all. I asked for dark hair and all I got was a toner put in, which turned my hair from blonde to dark blonde. The stylist later contacted me and offered to redo my hair for free but I was already upset with the fact that all they did was put a toner in. The damage is done and I will not be going there again.

Worst. Waxing. Ever. They may cut decent hair here, but DO NOT go in for waxing of any kind. They did such a horrible job they promised to mail a refund, and then never did! They leave broken blood vessels, red bumps and didnt even get all the hair!
