"... regardless of color"? While uniformity of color is prized in industrial societies, I really don't mind if the bagel sold to me is a bit different in color than the next one as long as it passes food safety tests.

Needs to be renamed Weinstein's Bagels in honor of the based Professor. Serves bagels at the same price to all students regardless of color.

I love Einsteins' and the customer service is great. The busy times seem to be 35 after every hour between 9 and 12, and a long lunch rush between 12 and 1:50. I recommend going around 20 after the hour for no line! The French Toast Egg Sandwich is primo 👌🏻

Overpriced, but great service. I don't find it to be very slow as many have said. They're pretty quick considering how many people come in all at once all the time. It likely feels slow due to the fact that it is on Evergreen campus and people are often in a hurry to or from class.

I came in for a bagel and coffee. The dark roast was good and the toasted everything bagel with veggie spread was just fine. The place had an energetic vibe with people of diverse ages talking away about intellectual subjects. I liked the view of that corner of campus.
