One of the worst customer service representatives answer, with a nasty attitude. Did not really answer my question, and was very hectic and difficult to understand. This shows why you don't buy cheap insurance. Not worth calling and wasting time with them. Reel alt disappointed.

As I have moved to different places and needed to change coverage I have had problems. The experience I have had with VERN FONK INSURANCE IN OLYMPIA, WA has been better then anywhere. I wish he was all over the country giving this kind of service to everyone everywhere.
Do yourself the favor if you live anywhere he can write you protection. Get it and you will never leave and share the info with everyone you know.
