We switched to Renetta's office a couple of months ago. We've been long time State Farm customers. The customer service we've experienced to date from Renetta's office staff is far superior to our last State Farm agent. The Office Manager, Savannah, was a pleasure to work with. She systematically reviewed all of our policies and made sure we were properly covered. A+

Renetta and her team have been awesome to work with. We have all of our personal and business coverage with her. Cannot recommend her and State Farm highly enough.

About a year ago I purchased a life insurance policy through another company. Turns out it was never completed by the representative even though I paid the premium, meaning I wasn't actually covered. I decided to purchase a new policy through state farm where I already have auto/home insurance and I'm SO glad I did. It was very easy, only a simple phone medical questionnaire was needed. All of this happened right before a big medical scare so I'm so glad I have life insurance through a reputable company. See Lacie for unbeatable service.

Having just moved to Washington, our State Farm agent in our home state located Renetta Wilson and her team to take over our insurance needs as our agent. We got to work through Brenda Spezza who has been super prompt, friendly, and thorough. She explained our policies clearly and simply, inviting questions along the way and never making us feel silly for asking. Our packaged policy ended up giving us all the coverage we needed and was very affordable. We highly recommend them!

I'm an older guy and haven't owned a vehicle for about 10 years. Decided to get a little truck for a 'grocery-getter' and summer yard sales. I've been with State Farm exclusively since my first car at 16. I've had a completely satisfying relationship with State Farm for decades, so why go anywhere else? . All the folks here were wonderfully friendly and very efficient ... total professionals! All this in a warm and helpful atmosphere. I can sincerely recommend Renetta Wilson, her State Farm Insurance agency and staff, to anyone who wants the best that an agency has to offer. 5 stars +
