Always friendly and courteous. Do not have to wait for a long time. They get you in on time and take care of any needs you might have.

The experience was very successful. The office is always busy, but the patient is almost always served within a few minutes of arrival. The staff is respectful and friendly; I am most satisfied with.services and personnel. In all, I am a very satisfied customer.

Had a great experience here! The staff were very friendly and put my nerves at ease. Was a very welcoming and easy process through the check in, eye apt and then picking out frames. Was a little pricey, but since its only once every few years, its worth it!

From the moment you walk in the doors you are greeted and directed to the representative who can best help you. The waiting period for your appointment is minimal. Once shown into the doctor exam room one generally expects to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes minimum before actually seeing your doctor. Not so at Clarus. Doctor shows up, is very personable; dispenses information you can understand, answers questions and takes a personal interest in your well being without delaying you. I highly recommend Clarus to anyone who wishes to be treated like you matter. PEM
