Awesome architecture, awesome view, there is nothing like it in Oklahoma. Get there before sunset and watch the sun go down and the lights come on. But keep your expectations modest when it comes to the food and service.
Went here for dinner last night and spent a good deal. Cheese appetizer was tiny and not that thrilling, bone marrow was good size and was a bit better. Lamb dish was tiny, steak slightly undercooked.
To get the most for your money, gravitate toward the steaks and perhaps the short ribs. Avoid the appetizers. Another bright spot is some of the drinks, including the beer selection (although they ran out of the one I tried to order) and a cocktail called Gunsmoke.
But we spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars for the meal and got bland service and more than a few disappointments with the appetizers and mains (we then decided to skip dessert). If you're on a budget and can only get here for special occasions, the way to make your money count is to stick with the steak and perhaps beer, and then perhaps go somewhere else downtown for dessert.
That said, I know that Vast is trying to improve the food and has had its ups and downs, so perhaps it will improve again in the future. Hope so; I'm very grateful that the Devon people devoted the top floors to a restaurant and event center that anyone can use, because the views are fantastic and it's good of them to share that with us and to do it with a restaurant that is pricey but not ultra-pricey or exclusive.

Went for a 6:00 pm dinner. I was sat in a room with 2 other occupied tables. One was a table of 3 men talking over a bottle of wine. I ordered a filet medium and when it came out I felt it was over cooked. There was no pink and and the meat wasn’t tender. I told the waiter and he gladly took it back to the kitchen to replace. At that time one of the gentleman at the other table got up. He came back to my table saying he was the general manager (he had on a blue suit and looked Latin) and explained the steak was medium and that you can’t see the color because of the special glass / sun they have in the tower. I told him I had read about that on the menu yet felt the steak was overdone. He convinced me to try it again and left the room. I finished the steak as I was on a strict schedule to make the Thunder game. When I was finished he came back and asked how it was. I told him the steak was over cooked for my liking and had a lot of fat for a filet. He replied “oh” and walked away without offering any sort of apology or concern.
The view was great and my waiter Nicholas was excellent. He spoke to me about the city and places to visit. I might recommend Vast for an evening drink to enjoy the view but based on my dinner I wouldn’t eat here again.

My wife and i celebrated her birthday, our meal was beyond wonderful. We will come back again. Our waiter and staff was really attentive to small details, like filling my wife's water and even noticing that i was using my left hand for eating with the fork, which at silverware placement was suited for that. I apperciate the entire wait staff and support staff.

My girlfriend and I came here for a drink to cap off our anniversary night! The view was so beautiful and the staff was amazing! They made sure through conversation and generosity that our night there was special! Drink prices were a lot cheaper than I expected as well. We will back for sure! Thanks for helping us celebrate and for making us feel special!

Went for my birthday dinner with my husband, we had a great night and enjoyed the view. We notified the waiter of my peanut allergy and that neither of us could have anything with peanuts. He told us he would make absolutely sure and then brought my husband out the one thing on their menu that had been fried in peanut oil which we had specifically said that we didn't want. We got a free dessert and the waiter was quick to fix his mistake, but allergies are a very serious thing. And when I say quick, I mean our reservation was at 7 and we didn't leave until 10. I'm glad I tried this place out and can say that we went, but I don't think we'll be going back.
