it had been a long while since I had visited Pearl's @ this location. My niece who frequents there decided to take me there for Sunday brunch. The food was great...four star... But the service left much to be desired. While My niece decided on mid day cocktails...I just drank coffee. when she complained about her drink...the manager.."Brandon" responded, that he recognized her as a regular customer, had a big emoji grin on his face but proceeded to tell her that she was wrong. Now I have worked in customer service before...and I felt that the polite thing to do...even if he was right, was to simply...give her what she requested since she was a well paying repeat customer that he , himself said he remembered. And, upon my second coffee refill...a "gnat"...was floating in my drink. Brandon simply replied I'll take this coffee off your bill...and had no problem giving her the $ 40. dollar brunch bill for two. It seems to me that a 4 star restaurant should reflect 4 stars in food & service as well... apparently... some do not reflect this. When I politely mentioned to Brandon...my thoughts on this...he completely ignored me...No apology...no acknowledgement...nothing... I will certainly "NOT" go there again...whether I am paying or not... Shame on you Brandon...you are certainly not a company guy... since you manage not only your team but service complaints in away that leaves customers wanting to come back?

Absolutely the best. Super tasty menu. Great drinks. Definitely make sure you come here. Can't pick anything bad.

Awesome shrimp and grits with okra. Wonderful service, AND they can mix a drink like they actually want you to stay a while. ;-) I ordered a whiskey sour and perfect margarita. My friend ordered an old fashioned. The sweet potato fries are amazing! My friend was unsure of something on the menu, and the waiter was kind enough to go to the kitchen and bring her back a sample (his name was Michael if memory serves, but it wasn't spelled traditionally, if you want to ask for him). They're a bit pricey, but well worth it.

This place has seen better days. It's still decent seafood. But I've had better. After all I dwell at the bottom of the sea so I get all the fresh stuff. But the atmosphere here is better than the crushing pressure and darkness of the sea-bed. Can't take a dump while you're eating though. The wait staff kind of frown on that.

Waited for over an hour and a half for an 8 top. They don't do reservations. Waited at the bar, and had our drink orders taken. After paying, and waiting 30 minutes, had to ask again to actually get drinks. Eventually we took two separate tables, (hour and a half in)... within 5 minutes of being seated, the larger table cleared up. We asked if we could move, and they had already given it to another party. Last time the food was overcooked. (Steak was well done, asked for medium rare... Ate the second that was also well done...)
Last time for me.
