Renee our server was excellent! We got our appetizers, drinks and dinner served quickly during a very busy UFC fight night. She checked on us often and made sure we were taken care of! Highly recommend this Hooters location for out of town guests like us. They are very welcoming!!!

This was some seriouslt mediocre service. We went on a Saturday night and if was busy, but not crazy busy. Waited on my drink for about 15-20 minutes and when I reminded the waitress, it was brought immediately. Makes me think she forgot to bring it. Even if she didn't, service got worse. We waited for a minimum of 45 minutes for our food only for it to be lukewarm, nearly cold. The waitress told us they were running behind in the kitchen. That doesn't explain why our food was nearly cold and a table that came like 15 minutes after we did received their food first. Will not be going back.
Our waitress walk by every 15 minutes maybe and go "Need anything?" She didn't really seem to know what good customer service is. While that isn't horrible, it wasn't great either.

I love the chicken wings and my waitress tharija was excellent she brought my food on time and she was really nice keep it rocking tharija

I am fully aware that, by me being a woman, I might not get the best service at Hooters. It seems they believe that only males will tip them, but that is besides the point. The service here was HORRENDOUS. I will never go to this Hooters again. Chalk it up to me being a female but it seemed to pain the women to be mine and my friends server and we had to ask for a server multiple times while girl after girl just giggled past us. -_- Just do your job....On top of all that, they charged my debit card twice instead of the one time that I ordered. And it wasn't an accidental duplicate charge. I was charged for the entire table's orders on top of mine. The food was subpart, lukewarm despite supposedly just coming out of the kitchen. This ridiculousness makes me never want to go to another Hooters again.
