Worst customer service I’ve ever received and it’s all thanks to the girl at the front desk working at 7PM on 10.04.2017. All I asked was for FRESH food and I get a smart ass “well they give you what they have” and after asking AGAIN she simply rolls her eyes at me and walks away. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. Front desk cashiers are supposed to be friendly and approachable which this girl is the COMPLETE opposite of. This girl is definitely giving an incredibly poor impression of what their “standards” are for customer service. I’m not sure if this place is aware, but CUSTOMERS keep businesses open, hence the term “customer service”. I don’t even write reviews but this girls attitude was so poor I felt it needed to be address which it probably won’t.

The service is SO terribly slow. When we order our food we found out that they had run out of sides. Also, this location does not serve "grilled chicken" a huge disappointment for me. Just out of curiosity, I decided to timed them. From the time we made it to the window until we got our order it was 6 min (you do the math there were 4 cars in front of us). They got our order wrong, but we were so tired of waiting that we didn't want to go back inside. I am giving it two stars only because the food was warm and cooked well.
