This place is a complete mess. Total run a round with these rude ladies. Had an appointment at 3pm, showed up ten minutes early and no one knew what was going on. The receptionist is way out of touch with realty and doesn't sound like she knows the duties of her job. One lady said internet was down, then another said they're waiting on closing docs from lender. We've been sitting on a couch now for thirty three minutes and three people have walked in and said they haven't received phone calls back from anyone regarding their funding. No wonder why this place has low ratings and reviews. I could go on and on!

I have had 13 closings as a seller with Basin in the past few months. The owner, Mike, has been very professional and accommodating. My closings were all handled by Becky who is very professional, organized and well prepared. I highly recommend Basin.

I love the level of security that is applied when dealing with closing expenses. On closing day we were in and out in 30 minutes and they had the paperwork to our lender within the next 20 minutes. We had our keys to the new house right after! Liz was amazing, for a first time home buyer she really took the stress out of the experience.

Receptionist is rude. Do not trust these people read the fine print. They do not explain their contracts and we were lucky enough to have gotten a second opinion. The attourney tried to pull one over us by adding her name to a contract that had nothing to do with her. Please read everything before signing away.

My closing has been a complete mess!!! People not doing they're job and they expect other people to do their job for them. I DO NOT recommend them in anyway, shape or form.
