The dentist does a fine job. I was able to go back and meet the dentist and ask questions. My children were comfortable during their procedures. Www f I would like better would be if more information was volunteered. If you want to know something, you have to ask. I hope I asked the right questions, but if I didn't, I'll never know because the dentist just volunteers the bare minimum. He's a good dentist; my children's teeth are healthy in his care. He just doesn't seem comfortable talking to people.
The four stars are for the DENTIST ONLY. The front desk staff get about a 2 for their disorganized, spacey, Keystone Cops type of handling. They seem not to be aware of much of anything. I believe the review about the front desk staff losing track of the customer. Their estimates are usually wrong because they forgot something or were completely unaware despite repeatedly informing them.
