Poor service nasty employees. They sold me a really old sick guinea pig died three weeks after I got it and they wouldn’t give me my money back and then they wouldn’t put cashiers at the front so the lines are terribly long I put my stuff down and walked out and I’ve never gone back since terrible place. go to Petco it’s a local business. I spend about $100 every few weeks at the pet store now Petco gets my business. I guess they don’t want it.

I have been bringing my two dogs here for grooming for a few years. I have to try the groomers to see if they can properly groom a poodle and mixed dog. I finally find the one who does the dogs like I like them and then they leave. You seem to have trouble keeping your groomers. The turn over is crazy there. You need to look into why!!! You must be treating them wrong. Once again the girl that was so good is gone. I brought both dogs on the other day and so not satisfied. It is not her fault. She was so nice and accommadating. I won't be bringing them there anymore. I will be taking the dogs somewhere else. Again you need to look into the way you pay and treat your groomers.

Its a great place to shop with you pet. The staff is very knowledgeable when you ask questions most of the time, and always very friendly.

It is so amazing... they took very good care of my dog in grooming. All the staff are so nice. Tracy was my groomed and did such a phenomenal job.

Everyone here are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Even if I'm just casually looking at a product or live pet, they just come up to offer any information they can impart. They are very caring and sensitive to my pets needs!
