They have terrible customer service - they sent me the wrong order! The item I ordered was not available, instead of notifying me, they sent me a different product!! So frustrating to get the wrong order and have to fight with them to pay the shipping to send it back.
I ended up calling internationally just to speak with someone there. They sent me the wrong tracking information too, which is so stressful as I thought my parcel was going to the wrong spot. What a headache!!

I had a customer service issue that took way too much effort to resolve, which is the reason for the 3 star review.
Products are beautiful but I probably wouldnt order from their website again.

I order a desk mat on June 10; however, I still haven't get it yet. I emailed them, but they even don't be bothered to response. I will never buy things from Kess InHouse again. I asked for refund, and I'm waiting for their response.
