i love state farms but its regarding hospital income its a insurance for a family member i got this policy like two years ago and how they explained it to me was different. anyways the day came to put in a claim for an ER visit and the policy doesnt apply to that visit to the ER. i was disappointed because i been paying for this policy for two years and now that i wanted to put a claim they said no so i ended up cancelling it. make sure when you get a policy to explain it how it really is

This office has messed up on many request that I have had over the years. Just recently they messed up the request to cancel my insurance with them. A request that I put in 3 weeks

I have been a faithful State Farm holder for over 12 years. Perfect driving record, no personal accidents or claims in over 7 years. I have always enjoyed working together with my state farm staff in WA state but after moving to SoCal 2 years ago it's been nothing but one big headache, the worse customer service I've ever received. Very impersonal and have lead me for the first time in my auto insurance years looking elsewhere. If there was a 0 they would get it. Two words, stay away from this agent. Get your state farm insurance elsewhere! Be safe and good luck.✌

I've enjoyed my experience with Luke Dix State Farm. I've had a couple claims during the years I was with them. All were handled very quickly and with the best customer care. They are in the middle of transferring my service too New York. Thank you so much.
