The entire staff was very friendly and supportive. I made an appointment to be sized and try on my bridesmaid dress and that flowed perfectly. I also got engaged last week and wanted to do a quick try on for some bridal gowns and they were super accommodating! I will definitely be back to buy my gown from them!

I recently got married and as many brides know it can be a stressful time!! I live in Colorado and purchased a dress here, but had a terrible experience and was so upset about several different things that happened. We had a destination wedding in California I decided to go into the David’s Bridal in Vista to see if they could help. Shandiin Parhm helped me and went above and beyond!! After having such a bad experience at the other location she really helped me to be less stressed and she fixed all the problems I was having!! I can’t thank her enough for helping me out and fixing my dress and my bra problem I had! It made my wedding day so amazing and I’m so happy with the dress and the customer service that I received from this location!! Thank you for all your help, truly a helpful, friendly and awesome experience!! Wish I had come to this location in the first place!!!

I did a lot of shopping online before I went into the store. The girls accommodated me for a next day appointment because my dream gown was on sale and I didn’t want to lose it! My consultant was really sweet and helpful. I am so happy with my choice and with the options that David’s Bridal had available to me.

Totally unhappy with my experience here. My lady was trying to work two brides, so she was hardly around. The total experience was aweful... the rooms are tiny and crowded, and the air doesn't work inside the little rooms... literally no air flow. This was my first attempt at finding a dress and I would not recommend this place at all. So commercial, and each person here acted like they had something better to be doing. I kept requesting a certain type of dress and time and time again the lady brought me something totally different ... I finally sent my sister to pull dresses for me.

My experience at this David's Bridal was fabulous! I have absolutely no complaints. I was a bride who got jilted by Alfred Angelo, but the girls here at David's Bridal were so kind and understanding, that I felt a bit happy that I was able to find my true dress here. Elizabeth, my consultant, let me choose dresses that I liked, but also helped me to step out of my comfort zone, and I ended up LOVING a dress I hadn't originally picked. She was so sweet, helped me style my whole ensemble and was so accommodating to my big group that I had brought with me. Also, Liza (I think she is the manager) made sure that I was taken care of and that I got the best deal on my dress!
I am a happy bride! Thank you ladies so much!
