the worst,IGNORANT manager .we are up from CAPE CORAL because of weather.needed food for grandkids,they wouldn't let us in.drive thru girl pointed us to walk in.when we approach the door,they locked us out.
I explained the situation,the worker said she would ask mgmt.who responded to her"tell them NO".WE WILL NEVER GO TO. ANOTHER McDonald's again.

McDonalds is what it is... I rated 5 stars b/c this location is clean and spacious with quick, friendly service. Aka, this about the best one could reasonably expect from the chain.

I ordered my food drive-thru window was told to wait in a parking spot. I then received my order and drive off happy. The first item was great good flavors and textures. The rest of the food was soggy at best. I have never seen crispy chicken be so limp before. Also the third snack wrap I had was "grilled" if u want to call it that. It was disgusting overall and I don't think I'll be visiting another McDonald's as they all seem to have fallen to this standard of food.

The Customer service manager Blaze was AMAZING. He is literally the only reason my mother and I will travel past 3 other McDonald's just to see if Blaze is working. He has a personality that will light up the darkest skies. He has such a natural happiness vibe that you can feel from him that lets his customers know he genuinely cares whether you satisfied with your visit and to make sure he's giving you the best possible service you could get while having a great meal . You don't get service like that at most sit down restaurants these days, the waiters are too busy rushing around trying to get as many tables turned to make as much money as possible, rather than focusing on one table at a time and possibly getting better tips for great service provided. My mom and I will continue to drive 7-10 extra miles out of our way just in case we might get the opportunity to have the delight of seeing Blaze.
