Take a lesson from the name of the cafe and order the flapjacks, they're probably pretty good. Although the staff was attentive, the food was mediocre except for the cheesy grits. Eggs can only be ordered in pairs, not singles or three eggs. Two is not enough and four is too much. Chef needs a lesson in Hollandaise, or else they should buy the pre-packaged powder version, which would have been preferable. For $9, I expected at least a facsimile of Eggs Benedict. Instead, I had some sort of clear, runny banana/lemon tasting liquid over my poached eggs on ham and muffin and running to the other side of the plate around my cup of grits. No fruit garnish, or even a little parsley on the plate, just the EB and grits. The waitress admitted she didn't even know what Eggs Benedict should look like. No offer to replace the plate (I know, I should have sent it back, but I was starving), discount the bill or anything other than "It will never happen again". Darn right it won't, because I won't be back to find out.
