My experience with this company way good.. I was having issues with my doctors office not responding to Apria healthcare right away but they didn't give up.. They continued to call the doctors office and even myself to let me know they were trying to fill the order with little help from the Dr.'s office. Finally they received the prescription they needed... From there they worked really hard to get the pressure settings set so I could swing by and grab machine...

The equipment ordered by the doctor yesterday was ready for pickup today. Staff was courteous and professional.
