Feels like a different world kinda place. A great place for a bike ride or taking photos. Just make sure the whether is nice because there's little cover if it rains.

I do like the people doing there morning exercises but it's a drab place. The dragon circling the children's playground is cool.

Good Chinese neighborhood, lots of shops but you need to know were you find what.. Otherwise you are searching for hours..

I pass through every morning and enjoy old people dancing. In the afternoon, kids play basketball and others play Go. Wish there were more parks like this throughout Oakland.
