I think Alex is very knowledgeable and eager to asst. with any issue from hard drive clean up to complete computer restore or virus removal. I wouldn't go anywhere else since most people charge double what he does. Affordable, Fast, Friendly and Experienced! Thank you, Alex

I've taken a friend's computer to ATY two times, and have had really good experiences both times. (Sorry, I'm blanking out on the owner's name.)
My friend is disabled, can't speak, and uses his computer to "talk out loud". To make a long story short, my friend's computer got a virus, went totally dead, would not turn on at all.
Both times, ATY was able to get the computer running at an extremely reasonable rate.
The guy from ATY is also incredibly nice - I had explained that my friend needed the computer to communicate and talk out loud, and the owner offered to work throught the holiday on the following day if he couldn't get it fixed on the day I brought it in. (He didn't end up needing to- he was able to fix it on the same day.)
I recommended him to my Mom, and he was able to fix her computer problems too.

This person may seem nice but he is only nice for the money.
He doesn't know crap.
I bought my son's computer in for repair about 6 months ago. Whenever I start up my computer he would beep multiple times. I had other numerous problems as well. He calls me and tells me everything has been fixed and I come to pick it up, paid, and brought it home because he was dealing with customers. Went home, exact problems, and the beeping problem remained. His excuse was that it was a motherboard issue and I should send it in for repairs.
Mind you I have no real computer knowledge but after using some common sense, I found out it was caused by a slightly loose video card. The guy couldn't even fix that issue.
I would not trust a danky small time shop like this with the info on my computer. No way.
