After paying for a consultation and waiting a month for insurance approval the office told me they were going to increase the price past the estimate. Other surgeons don't make you wait for insurance pre-approval and certainty DON'T INCREASE THE PRICE LAST MINUTE, that is what the consultation was for! Receptionist wouldn't let me get a word in to explain why this is wrong. Gladly went somewhere else even though I had to pay the consultation fee again.
