Plenty of employees and one order in front of us but it took a half an hour to get food to us and when we got y it came out burnt if it was possible to give any lower than one star I would give them a 0.2 star rating

After a 6 hour drive, I finally arrived here at McDonalds. It's easy to find off the main road, so thats a plus. I walked in and placed my order, not expecting much more than a simple hello from the front counter worker. Food came out fine, in a reasonable time. Overall this McDonalds is like any other fast food joint that Ive seen. However, it seems to be in major need of an overhaul. Old tables, old chairs, old equipment. There are a number of bugs crawling all over the floor. Really the store needs more attention to cleaning. Other than the buildings current state, the actual ordering/food experience was fine.

We we're there at 1:30pm. All staff was busy, cleaning, cooking, serving. Connie was efficient, welcoming. She quickly took order and made change for 2 people in front of me, making eye contact, personable,thanking for order, and money accepted. She helped me with small order, and handled it herself, since no one was waiting behind me, and another cashier was also available. She got me a fresh batch , since my favorite had run out. I haven't been served so friendly, professionally, with cheer at a fast food place in a long time. Other mature lady, cleaning, was friendly too, greeting me and wishing me a good day. Management got a great team!
