Don't believe them when they say they accept your insurance. They most likely don't and will bill you 10 times more than what your expecting. And the staff are rude as hell to top it off i will let my teeth rot out before I go back here.

Been taking my kids there for years never had a no call no show. Last couple times I have taken my youngest in they have wanted to pull his baby teeth and I told them they could not. He has seizures when his blood is drawn so his dr office won't even do that without dr in close proximity. Last time the hygeninist looked at him and said well why do you have seizures, do you just get worked up? They told me his teeth would not fall out on their own, they needed to pull them, I said if they could not put him under to do it they couldn't do it. They kept telling me it was only a needle to nemb and then pull them, I said no. Well made the appt for cleanings 2 weeks ago for my 3 kids (11, 13, and 16) Got the post card reminder in the mail, that was great... today I got a rude voice mail saying they are calling to confirm our appt and if I don't call them back before 5pm they will take them off the schedule. We have never not shown up for an appt. We have never been disrespectful to them, but after that I will never go back and will never tell anyone else to go there. I have refered many people there but not any more! When I called to tell the receptionist I found the voice mail rude she said ok thanks for calling!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Walrod for almost 4 years now and we genuinely appreciate him and his wonderful staff. My daughter who is now 7 (3 when she started) has needed fillings and she has never once complained of any pain. They are so very careful and I really appreciate the time, attention & comfort they put into our dental health!

He's very caring and they work with you. My husband, kids and myself have never had any problems. He's a great dentist and he genuinely cares. He works to do what is best for his patients without charging them an arm and leg

I was client there for couple years. I can no longer be seen because I'm on adult medicaid. I know in the phone call I more than likely sound unpleasent. This is a good place to go. I am annoyed with them at the moment. I don't know on what end went wrong we didn't get a reminder for the 6 months whatever. I wish you guys would accept adult medicaid. Some people don't have money trees. So if the person I was talking to is reading this. I am sorry I hanged up on you.
