Friendly staff. Great cooks. I have visited this restaurant several times now and have had great experiences every time. They also have a superb salad bar. It is a must try.

Worst experience ever at a Ruby Tuesday's! Sat down at an open place at the bar, that hadn't even been wiped off. Bartender tossed down a coaster and asked what I wanted to drink while I was looking at the spills and food bits. Of course she wiped it off once I asked, then she had no clue what white wines were offered, but she did point me to a wine list on the back of the menu. Then she struggled mightily uncorking the bottle, while commenting that she broke one cork in half earlier in the shift. The wine was served without incident, I made a couple trips to the decent-enough salad bar and I had enough. Once I received my check, I waited while she was texting for her to run my card. The takeout order next to me actually called her over saying he was ready to pay (he had been getting his own salads at the salad bar). She was right in front of me, wiping down menus as I got up to leave, and finally said "have a good night" after I was halfway to the door. I won't make the mistake of returning to this Ruby Tuesday!

My waitress' name was kymber and she was literally the best waitress I've ever had. Food was fantastic, but the service was really what made the night awesome. Seriously appreciate her positive attitude and genuine friendliness. I've worked in restaurants for five years and this girl deserves a RAISE!!

I wanted to give an excellent compliment to the location mentioned above. We've been on the road a long time with our two boys, ages 5 & 2, and we have a long ways to go. This was by far the best dining experience we have had our whole trip. The expecting waitress, Vera, was incredible. Not only did she know the menu well, but she also gave us many fantastic suggestions. She was very kind, and her timing was spot on. We were never left wanting anything. Her people skills are just fantastic. She will make a great mom.
The rest of the staff were very alert and attentive to the needs of the restaurant. The salad bar was clean, left nothing to be desired, and was fully stocked during our visit. The floors and bathrooms were clean. This is a very well run establishment. I hope this Ruby Tuesday is used as an example for the rest if the chains across the states.
To log on to give a bad review is easy, however to leave a good review is done with intent. Thank you for the most uplifting dining experience we've had since leaving our hometown 50 hours ago.
