I wanted to find a reputable and safe place to get my piercings, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received at Definitive Body Art. The staff was super friendly and answered all of my questions in detail. They are extremely knowledgeable about their practice and take no shortcuts when it comes to customer health and satisfaction. They even took extra time to make sure my lobe piercings were evenly placed. No guns are used at this establishment: instead they pierce with a hollow needle to give you a clean, straight cut that boasts optimal healing. I highly recommend Definitive Body Art for their wonderful staff and high standards!

AMAZING customer service all around! Oli answered the phone when I called and I've never had a more professional conversation regarding piercings. I called again and spoke to Jessica who was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and that's when I decided to get my navel re-pierced after migration issues in the past. She made the overall experience so personal and comfortable. I'm looking forward to going back for micro dermals, and I'd definitely recommend Definitive Body Art to everyone!!

Nervous about getting my daith pierced but hoping for some headache help. I researched online places to go and decided on Definitive Body Art. From the moment I walked in I knew I made the right decision. Jessica and staff took great care of me. The shop has some wonderful art and is super clean. I immediately felt right at ease. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my piercings. Jessica, Oli, and Addie are very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to piercings and body jewelry. They make you feel at ease when it comes to getting a piercing. I would definitely recommend Definitive Body Art to anyone looking to get a piercing or new body jewelry.

Absolutely amazing experience! Jessica and Olivia walked me through everything, every step of the way. They have excellent quality jewelry, including jewelry for people like me with nickel allergies. The shop itself is also gorgeous! I will be returning for any future piercings, and I highly recommend others to visit!
