Terrible customer service, didn't understand a word was said then she just hung up. If you really need a ride I won't call back.

Called around midnight for a 5AM pickup. Come 5AM, I called and sat on hold till 5:05. Called back repeatedly until 5:15 when someone finally answered, I believe the same woman who took my call originally. She confirmed my scheduled pickup and said "you're in Norfolk? Hold on". She then transfered me to someone who apparently couldn't hear me and hung up. It's now 5:29 as I write this.

I've been waiting outside in the cold for 30 minutes now and even called after 15... Still no taxi. This isn't the first time either. Plus yesterday my fair was 6.60, I gave the guy a 20 and he tried not giving me change. Another time I asked them to take me to waffle house, when we got there the lady saw some black people through the window and said "awful lot of darkees in there, you sure you dont want me to take you to another one?" Terrible cab service!

These guys were here in less than 2 minutes!! Which was something--a taxi waiting on me? Haha. Prices were fair, for a taxi, since they're really the only thing accessible at 06 in the morning. I'd use it again if I had another early morning, definitely.
