Love Love Massage Envy! I have been a member in New York for almost 8 years and my 2nd home is in Norfolk..Don't miss an opportunity to get a great massage and you are right next to the MacArthur Mall to do some shopping too. Thanks for all the years of great service!!!

Had such a wonderful experience here yesterday with my husband and 3 month old. We just moved here from Hawaii and transferred our membership. This was our first time scheduling back to back massage appointments so we could take turns watching our son. They had no problem setting that up for us and then we got there they had a separate waiting area that was dark and peaceful- perfect for a napping baby and something they did not have in Hawaii. I didn't have time to pump milk for baby before we left because well... mom life. I asked them for a place to pump and they were beyond accomodating and gave me a room to myself no problem. And the massage was great. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you ladies so much!!

I really appreciate ME and their exemplary customer service. I had an account issue that was resolved with care and professionalism. Kathleen, the owner, helped me with my issue and treated me with excellent customer service.
As far as the massage therapy, I work out alot, so I value my relationship with ME, my therapist is excellent! She focuses on my problem areas with professionalism and care.
The strech service is awesome too!

Very clean and convenient location. I run, lift, and do a lot of HIIT, so I usually get the deep-tissue/sports massage. I really like Julian. He's very good, and explains the different stretches and massages that are good for me during the massage, and what I can do post-massage to help with muscle soreness and tightness. Amazingly enough, he's able to give me just enough deep-tissue where it doesn't hurt, but is also relaxing, too!

Great experience at this spa. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful answering my questions. It was my first massage ever. Hurt my back pretty bad while on deployment. They were able to fit me in same day and put me with an excellent therapist Naomi. She was very knowledgeable and I left feeling so much better. The monthly plan was a great option for me. I knew I needed to start taking better care of myself and the price can't be beat. The only downside can be parking but the garage is very close. I really liked that they have a relaxation room to sit in before your session.
