Friendly over the phone, however, they said it would take 45 minutes to an hour to get here and it actually took an hour and twenty minutes. Furthermore, the pizza was ice cold when it arrived and wings were barely warm. I could have ordered through rays and gotten more for the same price (I paid 49.22 tonight for sals) that comes hot and fresh and tastes awesome. I only ordered two large pizzas and a ten piece wing order. That's it. The prices are ridiculous and, to be honest, we aren't very fond of ice cold pizza and barely warm wings arriving 20 minutes past the quoted time. Furthermore, we live less than 3 miles away for those that are curious.

We was unhappy with our order because our pasta was watered down. Previously we had no issues, when we ordered. They issued credit, when tried to use 3 weeks later they had no information for our credit. The manager on duty was not trying to accommodate us and had no compassion for the $30+ meal that we had previously through away. The Owner Raul was awesome! He saved the day! He is the reason I would order again.

Charged but did not receive. So I just order 2 lunch special 2 slices of pizza and a fountain drink, and was told that I would not get the fountain drink delivered and if I wanted a bottle soda I would be up-charged $.90 for adding it. So that means you are screwing me out of deal. Thank you but I will don't like be screwed out of a deal. Customer Service goes a long way with me so I won't be back.

the staff is always amazing... walk in and greeted with a smile. food is amazing, and even delivery time is way shorter than other pizza places. the ladies that take your order at the counter and on the phone are amazing. always smiling and asking if you need anything else always very courteous. Elizabeth knows us and greets us by name making it pleasantly relaxing every time. if there is ever a line it is very short and the staff are always very active and interactive with customers. great place to bring family and friends and a must stop for my out of town guest. GREAT JOB guys keep up the great work and amazing food...
