The new menu is the cats pajamas, check out the tots, the frenchy, and the awesome new chips. The fresh made chips are a huge improvement over the old recipe.

This place is awesome! You will love their Authentic Country Fried Chicken! Once you have tasted it you are hooked and will keep coming back again and again. Their selection of Draft Beer is great as well. Enjoy

Great food! I’ve been a couple of times. You should definitely try to get in early to enjoy Prime Rib night (Saturday). The fish and chips is on par with a traditional fish and chips meal in the UK. I’ve had excellent service each time I’ve gone. You should definitely check this place out.

This quaint little tavern on a very popular street holds its own! Service staff is very nice and attentive, the bartender knew about the product on hand, especially the local stuff. It says that this bar has a happy hour online but they do not have one! That being said, he recommended a beer that I wouldn't typically bat an eyelash at I thoroughly enjoyed it. Appetizers(calamari and parmesan fries), were tasty and a nice portion. The ham sandwich I got had a decent amount of fat on it and had to pick apart a bit of the sandwich but the coronary burger collection is pricey but worth it!

Gosport Tavern is a casual, family-friendly neighborhood bar, with friendly staff, good (and sizable!) portions, and a fantastic beer and bourbon selection. Wonderful for brunch, lunch, and dinner. I personally recommend the fried chicken (with mac & cheese side), the fish & chips, or The Chesapeake (crab cake sandwich). Seating always available at the bar, but tables slightly harder to come by on weekend nights at peak hours. Tip: Call ahead the accommodate larger parties (6+).
